219 Engine
219 Engine 3 is a 1990 Pierce Lance, refurbished in 2007. Engine 3 capable of seating six
personnel with five MSA SCBA w/ spare cylinders. E-3 is equipped with a 1500
gpm single-stage Waterous Pump, a 500 gallon water tank, and a 430 Detroit Diesel.
E-3 has a hydraulic ladder rack that carries two pike poles and a full complement
of ground ladders including: a 24' Extension Ladder, 16' Roof Ladder, and a 10'
Attic Ladder. It also carries a Cutters Edge roof saw, ventilation fans, hand
tools, thermal imaging camera, and several portable extinguishers. The Engines complement of attack and supply hose includes: 1250' of five-inch
supply line, two 150 feet 1.75" minutman crosslays, one 200 foot 1.75" minuteman
crosslay, one 100 foot, 1.5" trashline, a 2.5" attack line with solid stream
nozzle, a 2.5" leader line w/ gated wye, 300' of 3" line for supporting standpipes
and sprinklers, a 100' 1.75" High Rise Pack and two lengths of hard suction for
drafting operations.
